The main structure
The horizontal fuel (gas) hot water boiler is a horizontal internal combustion wet back shell boiler. Its main structure consists of a shell, a furnace, a rotating chamber, and a pipe. A variety of brand burners are available for a variety of fuels such as light oil, heavy oil, city gas, and natural gas.
Main feature
The combustion chamber adopts a corrugated furnace or a straight furnace, a butt weld, and a wet-back structure, which solves the shortcomings of the rear tube plate being easily burned by high-temperature flue gas, and ensures the safe and long-term operation of the boiler.
The main body of the boiler is manufactured, inspected and of excellent quality in strict accordance with JB/T7985-95 "General technical conditions for atmospheric pressure boilers".
The use of high-quality burners, complete combustion, low noise, high safety and environmental indicators are in line with national requirements.
The boiler body is connected to the expansion water tank, and the expansion water tank is directly connected to the atmosphere, and operates under normal pressure without safety hazards.
The boiler operation realizes automatic control, the outlet water temperature is automatically adjusted, the boiler automatic ignition program is started, and various alarm interlocking protection devices such as water shortage, overheating, over pressure, and midway flame out are provided to ensure efficient, safe and reliable operation of the boiler.
Compact structure, beautiful appearance, convenient transportation and installation. A condensing heat ex changer (condensing atmospheric hot water boiler) can be installed on the tail road to increase the thermal efficiency of the boiler (up to 95%).
